In an effort to streamline processes and enhance accessibility, the St. Lucia Citizenship by Investment Program is introducing significant changes effective from Monday, February 5th, 2024.

I. Reduced Application Forms

The number of application forms has been reduced from 8 to 5, improving overall efficiency and enhancement for applicants.

II. New “Infrastructure Option” Category

A new investment category, “Infrastructure Option”, that falls under existing “Enterprise Project Investment” category as an option 3, allows investors to contribute to St. Lucia’s development of infrastructure. The Approved Enterprise Project option is expanded to investment options in the following developments:

  1. Specialty Restaurants
  2. Cruise ports and marinas
  3. Agro-processing plants
  4. Pharmaceutical products
  5. Ports, bridges, roads, highways
  6. Research institutions and facilities
  7. Offshore universities
  8. Housing projects
  9. Social development projects
  10. Investment services

Pricing starts at US$ 250,000 for a family of up to four members.
