Coastal town nestled at the base of a lush, green mountain under a partly cloudy sky.

The Commonwealth of Dominica is constantly working to develop the education sector. Not only the development of housing initiatives are important for the country, but also the modernization of educational institutions.

The oldest Grammar School, located in the capital of Roseau, will be modernized and will consist of three main buildings for classes and lectures. Another building for the library and administrative offices.

A separate pride of the project is an ultra-modern auditorium with a capacity of almost 500 people.

In addition to climate-resilient structures, classrooms will be equipped with digital equipment and technology to enhance student learning.

Other areas will also receive massive development, namely:

  • Greenhouse
  • Football field
  • Basketball playground
  • Tennis court
  • Green Zone
  • Parking spaces and other general amenities

The existence of the project is possible and its financing comes from the money from the Citizenship for Investment program. Through this program, qualified foreign investors can invest in the country and receive citizenship in return.
