Saint Kitts and Nevis Welcomes Travelers This Winter

Great news for travelers who are planning to celebrate the New Year holidays in shorts and a T-shirt. Saint Kitts and Nevis has lifted all on-arrival testing and quarantine requirements for fully vaccinated travelers.

However, tourists will still have to provide proof of a negative PCR test for COVID-19 taken within 72 hours of their arrival and complete a boarding form.

When it comes to accommodations, tourists have a large selection of travel-approved hotels to choose from. Proof of vaccination is required to book tours and attractions.

Travelers do not need to worry about safety while traveling, because the country is especially serious about the issue of health protection. Thus, the Caribbean Journal awarded the Minister of Tourism, Transport, and Ports Lindsay Grant, naming him the best minister of tourism of the year.

“The end of our Vacation in Place protocol for Air Travellers and Free Flow for Cruise passengers are major achievements in our phased approach to tourism recovery in the [COVID-19] pandemic,” said Lindsay Grant, Minister of Tourism, Transport, and Ports.

Funds from the Citizenship by Investment program are helping to develop the tourism industry. Thanks to foreign direct investment, Saint Kitts and Nevis is developing infrastructure, building new hotels, and offering tourists a high-quality vacation on the island.
