The Government of St. Kitts and Nevis has confirmed a major expansion of its biometric collection network under the Citizenship by Investment Program with several international locations now operational and additional diplomatic missions scheduled to begin accepting appointments from June 1, 2026.
According to the Citizenship by Investment Unit, biometric appointments are already available in:
- St. Kitts
- Dubai
- Hong Kong
Starting June 1, 2026, applicants will also be able to schedule appointments at the following embassies and consular locations:
- Ottawa
- Toronto
- London
- Abu Dhabi
In addition, biometric collection services will also be available in Istanbul, while a launch date for Singapore is expected to be announced shortly.
The rollout forms part of the program’s broader modernization efforts and follows the introduction of advanced biometric identity verification and next-generation e-passports. Existing citizens are also expected to comply with the new biometric registration requirements by July 31, 2026.
What Is the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program?
Established in 1984, the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program is widely recognized as the world’s oldest citizenship by investment framework and remains one of the most established in the industry.
The program allows qualifying investors and their families to obtain second citizenship through either:
- A contribution to the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC)
- A developer real estate investment
- Approved private home investment
- The Public Benefit Option (PBO)
Key benefits of the program include:
- Processing times of approximately 3–9 months
- Eligibility for spouse, dependent children, and parents
- Lifetime citizenship transferable to future generations
- PBO route as unique donation option
- Private dwelling home as unique real estate option in Caribbean
St. Kitts & Nevis Named “Program of the Year”at CIS 2026
The announcement comes shortly after a landmark moment for the federation at the Caribbean Investment Summit 2026, where the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program received the prestigious “Program of the Year” award.
The Citizenship by Investment Unit also received several additional distinctions, including:
- Sustainable Development Impact Award
- Time to Citizenship Efficiency Award
- Caribbean Impact Award
The recognition comes as a recognition of the program’s recent reforms, including its transition into a statutory body, strengthened compliance procedures, and implementation of advanced biometric security systems.
The federation will also host both the Investment Gateway Summit 2026 and Caribbean Investment Summit 2027, further reinforcing its leadership role within the global investment migration industry.
