For the fifth year in a row, Grenada has set records for the number of applications (if we consider the data from the first quarter). It is especially worth paying attention to the fact that the number of investors interested in purchasing real estate is growing.

For example, this year, investors have already invested about US$ 16.98 in real estate, when the figure for the entire last year was almost US$ 56 million.

The number of approved applications also claims a record: 96 applications since the beginning of 2021. This is 30% higher than last year and this is the highest figure in the entire history of the program (since 2014).

As for the rejected applications, there were 6 of them. That is, in the first quarter, Grenada issued 310 new citizenships.

“During the same period, the Finance Ministry reported program revenue/investments totaling EC$70.2 million (some US$26m), which, if extrapolated to the end of the year would reach an aggregate for 2021 of EC$280.8 million, well above the EC$253 million raised in 2020, itself a record-figure.” – write imidaily.

The growing interest in real estate is that the country offers more real estate options. For example, Kimpton Kawana Bay or Silversands Grenada.
