Supporting Dominica’s Housing Revolution with Citizenship by Investment Program

Dominica's flag with a parrot emblem waves against a clear blue sky.

The Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program allows foreign investors and their families to obtain the citizenship of a Caribbean country in return for investment. The money that investors invest goes to the development of the country’s economy. For example, Dominica continues to build disaster-resistant homes and public infrastructure.

The government spent more than one million dollars on the construction of houses for the victims of Hurricane Maria. In the near future, residents will receive the keys.

Local residents participated in the construction of the houses.

Since 1993, the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program has offered foreign investors and their families to obtain citizenship by investing in the country’s economy. With citizenship, foreigners receive not only citizenship, but also the benefits of a second citizenship:

  • Quick processing: A lifetime citizenship is granted in 6-9 months
  • Privacy: The application process is confidential
  • Low cost: Dominica offers one of the most affordable legal programmes available to the global community
  • Hassle-free: There is no requirement to visit Dominica in order to qualify for citizenship
  • Global Mobility: Dominica enhances global mobility for the investors.
  • Zero tax: The island has no income, wealth or inheritance taxes
