That is, after updating the rules and consulting with the Sanctions Monitoring Board, Malta has changed the list of countries that can apply for investment migration. The following countries can now do this:
- Libya
- Nigeria
- Chad
- Eritrea
- Tanzania
- Myanmar
- Kyrgyzstan
Countries that cannot apply for the Maltese Exceptional Investor Naturalization (MEIN) procedure are as follows:
